From a major system upgrade to a brand-new HQ, we’re stepping into a new chapter that’s all about leveling up your experience with us—from smoother workflows to more ways to connect. Here's what’s new:
As of August 1st, we officially transitioned off the iPromoteU backend system and are now handling invoicing and operations fully in-house.
Why does this matter?
Bringing everything under one roof allows us to streamline our internal processes, improve communication, and ultimately deliver your branded merch more efficiently.
New orders placed after 8/1 will be invoiced internally through Hoopla.
Recent orders still running through iPromoteU will be fulfilled as expected.
We’ll now be requesting either 50% deposit to help keep production timelines on track and reduce delays.
